Broken link (.htm != .html)

Hi,

<http://www.sai.msu.su:8000/users-lounge/docs/faq.html&gt; has a link to
the Release Notes, referring to the non-existing
<http://www.postgresql.org/devel-corner/docs/admin/release.htm&gt;. This
should be
<http://www.postgresql.org/devel-corner/docs/admin/release.html&gt; (note
the extra 'l' at the end).
