PDF or PS?

I think Thomas is still working on the Postscript stuff.

Is there a postscript version of the integrated docs available for
building a PDF of them or did someone build an indexed PDF version
of the 7.1 integrated docs? I'd like to get it in with the rest of
the release docs before it starts getting 7.2ized.
