release docs

To everyone who is working on the release docs, before you finish go
here:

and check if there's anything that should be added or changed. I plan
on cleaning out the majority of the notes right after the 7.2 release.

I assume you got that from the doc feedback pages. Quite a nice list.

Yeah, they're all stored in a table. I originally did it to see if the
interactive part was even getting used, but it makes for a nice, easy
way to update the docs if/where needed.

I have gone through this and fixed most everything that seemed to need
fixing, except in the ODBC and JDBC areas. I don't feel qualified to
work on the documentation for those.
