Man pages uploaded

I uploaded a freshly baked man.tar.gz to ftp://.../pub/dev/doc, which is
where it will be picked up for the next release.

If you will, please take a look to see if it's formatted okay. The style
spec I used is pretty much the same as for the 7.1 release.
