Outdated translated FAQs
Didn't we at one point want to remove the wildly outdated translated FAQs from
CVS?
I see for example the German FAQ claiming that 8.2.5 is the latest version.

I didn't understand why they weren't deleted immediately when the
English FAQ was deleted. Keeping them there just promotes confusion
about whether they are up to date. If somebody wants a historical
snapshot, that's what CVS is for.

I think the original idea was to "test out" the wiki for the main FAQ
before we moved them.
+2 on removing them from CVS both in HEAD and 8.4.
