Grammar error

The following documentation comment has been logged on the website:

Description:

On the 9.5/wal-configuration page, there is a grammar error:

"so it accommodates peak usage rather average usage to some extent"

It should be "rather **than** average usage", I believe.

Fix applied to head, 9.6 and 9.5, thanks.
