Minor language edits for PostgreSQL 14 Release Notes
Hello everyone,
I noticed minor language inaccuracies/inconsistencies in PostgreSQL 14
Release Notes (https://www.postgresql.org/docs/14/release-14.html). A
patch to fix them is attached.
One of the replacements changes
"which reports WAL activity" to
"to report WAL activity"
because "to report" is more consistent with the rest of the text (or
just add a comma before "which").

Thanks. I added a comma as you suggested, and committed.
