My machine is down

My ISP changed my IP address last night. I knew the change was coming,
but I didn't realize it would be last night.

I will not start getting email until tonight, and my web pages may be
offline for a few days. I will let you know when everything is back in
place.

I am back online. My web site is still not reachable until the .us name
server updates and DNS timesout. I have updated the TODO list so the
links will work.
