Yes, that build step was removed[1]/messages/by-id/e07408d9-e5f2-d9fd-5672-f53354e9305e@eisentraut.org in order to only create a tarball of
files in the git tree from now on. Maybe the release notes should make
that more clear instead of just saying "Remove make's distprep option".

Solaris 11.4 CBE system (margay buildfarm member)

that 1.77.0 is required:

I downloaded docbook-xsl 1.79.1 and now I'm able to
