This one seems to have changed to:
https://www.ismn-international.org/ranges/tools
- 404 error: link to
https://www.isbn-international.org/content/isbn-users-manual
..and this one seems to be here now:
https://www.isbn-international.org/content/isbn-users-manual/29
https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/history.html
- 408 error: "Sequoia 2000 scientific computing project" link to
http://meteora.ucsd.edu/s2k/s2k_home.html
This one seems to have been removed with no new home, and while we could link
to the archive.org page I wonder if we should just remove the link, or instead
link to the Stonebreaker paper on Sequoia 2000?
The attached fixes the above, with a link to the Stonebraker paper.
