pg_rewrite permission denied

Hello all,

I've searched the archives, the FAQ and all documentation and can't
find the solution to the following problem:

when using create view I get:
ERROR: pg_rewrite: Permission denied.

What permissions do I need to have the admin give me to successfully
create views?
