Looking for CASE tool for PostgreSQL

Hi -
Is there a CASE tool (similar to ERwin or PowerSoft's AppModeler) that
lets the developer draw E/R (entity-relationship) diagrams and then
generate a DDL (data definition language) SQL script in the PostgreSQL
dialect to actually consruct the database?

It is a pity that postgresql is not released under the GPL, as that would
ensure all future versions MUST be free, as compared to the current
licence that (as far as I am aware, Im no lawyer) only requires that
