vacuum notice

hi, there,
After I insert/update a lot of data, I vaccumed, and I got
notice message:
NOTICE: Index taxidx: NUMBER OF INDEX' TUPLES (6361) IS NOT THE SAME AS
HEAP' (6359)
what does this mean?
