Changes from 6.5 to 7.0?

Hi:

I writting and article about PostgreSQL for a Mexican computer magazine, I want to mention the changes from the last stable version to 7.0, but the changes files on your site just have the changes
between beta versions. How can I get a complete list of those changes?
