COPY

Please,
If you have a aswer send it to ec@galactica.it because in this moment my pop
server is down.

I try to COPY from a file with

COPY table FROM 'path/filename'

But I have ERROR: COPY command, running in backend with effective uid 26,
could not open f
ile '/home/algobit/www/cusiofor/9100031.ric' for reading. Errno =
Permission denied (13).

I make chmod filename 777 without any result.
