Several questions

Would someone mind taking a quick stab at these?

Does Postgres support database segmentation/partitioning, and if so, does it
allow access to the
data in a specific partition and to the database as a whole?

Does Postgres support transactional logging? Is there direct access to the
log.

Does Postgres support database replication?
