Compiling PostGresQL under Win2k

Hi,

I'm having trouble building PostGreSQL under Win2K using Cygwin. Actually,
it's not clear to me what the corresct procedure is. I've run the configure
script (bash configure), but get the following output. Any ideas would be
greatly apprciated.
