M$ Visio (ODBC) and Postgres

Has anyone ever used Visio to model postgresql databases?
If so:

1) Is it possible to model the tables and then generate them via odbc?
2) When you imported the database (reverse engineer), were you able to
maintain the relations, ie, did you recover the foreign keys?

Is there any free software that models databases and generates the
creation script?
