Import Performance
Hi,
after waiting for imports using perl dbi/prepared-statement/inserts I came
across the idea to first create a ;-separated file and then use the copy-
command. Should this be faster after all?

Yes. Just remember to drop indexes before the import and re-add them
afterward.
