Does this run on Windows NT or 2000.

You are able to run the server on NT/2000 under
cygwin (although there are some issues under 1.1.8
I believe).

Now you know the answer; for some resources of how to do it try taking a
look at:

It is pretty similar to the official windows install docs:

Or, for a more automated install check out: http://208.160.255.143/pgsql/

There are more, but I seem to have misplaced them. Note that the last site
is running on NT right now...
