Porting Data from RedHat Linux to Sun Solaris

Would there be any problem in porting the data from postgres under Linux to Solaris?
how easy would it be?

Linux: pg_dumpall > /solaris/tmp/dump.out
Solaris: psql < /exportedfs/tmp/dump.out
