Web Hosting That Supports PostgreSQL
Hi,
I am looking for a cheap hosting plan that supports PostgreSQL (hopefully
7.1) with PHP4 on a unix platform (BSD prefered, Linux would be OK though).
It would be nice if phpPgAdmin was already configured with the account. But
if not, that's ok, I can set it up myself. This is only for the development
of my site, not production, so that's why I'm looking at a cheap solution.
Anyone have any recommendations? Thanks.
Jason
Uhm,

TIP 4: Don't 'kill -9' the postmaster
Hi all,
It seems like a good idea to have a list of places which support
PostgreSQL as a backend database for website hosting.
If people can email me the appropriate URL's, I'll take a look at them
then create a new section on the techdocs.postgresql.org website to list
them. :-)
Regards and best wishes,
Justin Clift

If you like the UK(or don't but live there) we have
http://www.uklinux.net/ which gives free postgres access with it's free
ISP service. Or you can get membership and access from anywhere. Also
does php, but not sure what versions.

Aha! I thought it was okay to kill him -9 nowadays??? Should this tip be
amended?
