* Make index code handle NULLs better so that IS NULL scans can be
optimised.
Reword if you feel the need.
BTW, it occured to me that this may be the reason that field = null works on
oracle.
Maybe this is a project suitable for those redhat developers :)

It would be nice if someone came up with a certification system that
actually separated those who can barely regurgitate what they crammed over
