what is Java-JDC/JSQL

Hey guys,
Saw this database comparison on someone's site at geocities:

It mentions that Stored Procedures are supported via Java-JDC/JSQL. The only mention I see of this is in Red Hat's Database (Postgres). Does anyone know where I can get more info on this?
