Help with DB corruption: corrupted catalogs!!!

Hi!

Due to a big congestion on my HTTP server, my DB has been corrupted:
when I try to connect I get an error message saying "psql: FATAL 1:
IndexSupportInitialize: corrupted catalogs"...

Is there something I can do to rebuild my DB without restoring an *old*
backup ???
