There are a number of them avaialable (checkout linux.com), but pgaccess
ships with PostgreSQL and it's all I need. It's a Tcl/Tk app, and you
may need to compile the libpgtcl libraries.

Probably a silly question, but I can't find the answer - where does
the ODBC driver for PostgreSQL hang out? pgAdmin II installs it, but
I'd like to get the driver on its own.

Sorry, it *was* a silly question - I just found it via pgAdmin's help
page.
