Open Source in Government Conference

Looks like a PostgreSQL proposal has been accepted for the Open Source
in Government converence sponsored by the World Bank. I see "Project
Demonstration PostgreSQL" scheduled for Friday at:

under the Agenda link. Not sure who is making the presentation.
