I can't connect to postgresql server by IP adress.
The error is 'No pg_hba.conf entry for host
(IP ADRESSE), user postgres, database template1'.

Just as the error says, you have to modify your pg_hba.conf file.

If you're running >= 7.2, you also need to send the postmaster a
SIGHUP, or it won't re-read the file.
