Can not connect to the database
This is my first time sending a message.
Here is my problem: I have installed a program, but I can not connect to the
database. This program uses Postgresql, PHP, and Apache.
Here are my server set ups:
Server API Apache : Apache Version Apache/1.3.22
Red Hat Linux release 7.2 (Enigma) : Kernel 2.2.19-6.2.1ensim-3.1.0-8 on
an i686
PHP Version 4.2.2
The program is in Japanese.
I am not sure this is enough information to give in order to get help. But
this is what I have.
Can anyone help me to solve this problem?
Thanks.

What errors are you receiving?
Did you start the database with the -I option?

Maybe. Check if you have started postmaster with the -i parameter.
