How can I change DATESTYLE to GERMAN on postgresql globally. I've heard something like:

postmaster -o -e

for European style, but couldn't find the option for GERMAN style. Or is there any other way to set this at the beginning and globally. Thanks.

Re: DATESTYLE

In 7.3, there is a datestyle variable in postgresql.conf.
