ems postgresql manager

Hello,

do you know 'postgresql manager' by ems company? i
think it is a great tool for creating and managment of
postgresql database. Do you know where can i get it?
if someone has it, could you be so nice to share it.

In edonkey is it posible to get ems tools for another
databases (mysql) but no for postgresql.
