When I click on one of the links on
http://www.postgresql.org/docs/
i get
"Sorry, the page or service you have requested is currently unavailable."
Same thing when I click on news or event articles on the front page.
So something obviously have stopped working.

Well, try to ping it, or do a traceroute.
I'm in NZ, and I can get there fine. Either your link is bust or a route
along the way is bust.

When this domain has changed.

Hi,
both postgresql.org & postgresql.com appear to have the same problem -
any links to pages on the site that use PHP give the 'page unavailable'
error instead...
The 'plain' HTML pages are unaffected.

Major changes were made to the DNS for postgresql.org earlier this week.
All of the DNS for the mirrors was dropped: that is why people were
seeing sporadic "host not found" errors. I *think* the DNS is working
properly again. Why this was not announced to a public list, and why
the change was not announced in advance is beyond me.
I (and others) have offered to act as a secondary nameserver to help
prevent things like this from happening, but have gotten no response.
