SQL99 error codes

Two questions:
1) Does the JDBC driver support SQL99 error codes (i.e. does it return
SQLExceptions that are instantiated using the SQLState parameter)?
2) Does anyone have a link to a list of the SQL99 error codes and their
meanings?
