No, you have to use cygwin under 7.3.3. Win32 is delayed for 7.5, and
7.4 isn't even in beta yet.

I mean cygwin binaries, it hard to compile it.

I want to get latest version with cywing.

Oh, not sure. I hope someone makes them soon after we go beta so people
can do testing.
