toast values

when I try to do a dump
pg_dump -v -f dump.dmp dtbtransporte
i get following error:

DEBUG: pq_flush: send() failed: Broken pipe
how could I fix it
I already reindexed system table (I´ve started postgres standalone and did REINDEX DATABASE dtbtransporte FORCE).
