address family failure message

I am seeing this (RH8 - cvs tip):

2003-08-09 18:55:14 [6680] LOG: failed to create socket: Address family
not supported by protocol

Probably harmless - presumably refers to IPv6 not running, but annoying
nevertheless, and I don't recall seeing it before.

I can still connect on IP4 socket and Unix socket.

This is because we removed AI_ADDRCONF from the getaddrinfo()
call because it breaks on older glibc versions.
