farsi translation of postgresql FAQ updated

Uh, the master for Farsi is in HTML, not in text format, which is what
you supplied. See doc/src/FAQ/FAQ_farsi.html.

The reason it was removed from the web site is that it isn't

are clearly incorrect for our site. Why can't we get a valid Farsi
translation of our existing main HTML FAQ? It seems every version that
comes in Farsi is in a strange Microsoft format or something. The
version you sent me in text looks strange too. I don't know if it is
the same person sending the same incorrect version, or some style of
HTML for Farsi that we don't use.

For example, if I look at the Chinese version of our FAQ, it has the
same format as our FAQ, except it is in Chinese. We have never gotten a
Farsi version that has similar characteristics, and until we do, it
isn't going to appear on the web site.

Why are we still keeping doc source in HTML at all? IMNSHO we should be
using a single source markup language for all our docs, including the
FAQs, TODO list etc. and producing output in whatever format is desired
using stylesheets. (My choice would be Dcobook XML ;-) ) That would
obviate any issues of non-standard markup such as <font> tags.

We try to make the FAQ's as easy to modify as possible, and HTML seems
good for that.
