unicode words

dear sir

I have 7.1.3 sql statement " select '<chinese> ' " In unicode datbase ,
but I try 7.2b4 can't run

["Chinese" character removed]

Please do not post raw Chinese characters. Instead you could tell the
charcters in Hexa decimal.

Also, it's vague the words "can't run". Could you tell me exactly what
happend?
